The Conditions of Sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.

The personal information about you that the hotel may need to process results from your request to make a reservation with our hotel.

Surname, first name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, nationality, nature of business or personal booking and company name if required.

This data is required for the following purposes:
- Reservation processing
- Improvement of our customer service
- Accounting and management of our hotel
- Processing of mandatory statistics

This information is neither sold nor passed on to third parties and is strictly reserved for the internal uses described above.

The law, and in particular the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, gives you the right at any time to have the above data modified, as well as the right to have it communicated to you, deleted or limited in time.
